Admin Panel
The Admin Panel shows detailed information about your device for monitoring and troubleshooting. Access it from the Control Panel by selecting Admin Panel.
Opening the Admin Panel
- Press OK to open the Control Panel
- Select Admin Panel
- A full-screen overlay appears with device information
Use Up/Down on your remote to scroll through the sections. Press Back to close.
Information Sections
Device Info
Basic information about your device's configuration:

| Store | Physical location name |
| Group | Content group this device belongs to |
| Device | This device's name |
This information is fetched from the server. You'll see "Loading..." while it retrieves the data.
Support Reference
Identifiers for support and troubleshooting:

| Install ID | 8-character code unique to this app installation |
| Device ID | Numeric ID assigned during registration (also shown as QR code) |
Provide these IDs when contacting support to help identify your device.
Sync Status
Current state of content synchronization:
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Ready State | Current app state (AUTH, LOADING, or READY) |
| Media Items | Number of media files downloaded |
| Status | Whether a sync is in progress (Syncing... or Idle) |
| Last Error | Details if the last sync failed |
A green checkmark indicates healthy status. A yellow warning indicates sync in progress or recent activity.
Network
Internet connection status:

| Network Type | Wi-Fi, Cellular, Ethernet, etc. |
A green checkmark indicates the network is available. A red indicator means no connection.
Authentication
Device registration and authorization status:

| Registration | Whether the device is registered |
| Authorized | Whether the device is authorized to receive content |
| Token Expires In | Time until authentication needs renewal |
The device handles authentication automatically. These fields help diagnose access issues.
Time Sync
System time accuracy (important for scheduled content):

| NTP Sync | Whether network time sync is available |
| Device Time | Current time on the device |
| Network Time | Time from the network time server |
| Time Drift | Difference between device and network time |
If Time Drift exceeds 1 second, a warning appears. Large time drift can cause scheduled content to display at incorrect times.
System Info
App and device details:

| Device | Hardware model of the device |
Danger Zone
At the bottom of the Admin Panel is a Clear All Data button. This removes all downloaded content and device registration.
Use this only when:
- Moving the device to a different location/account
- Troubleshooting persistent issues that require a fresh start
- Decommissioning the device
A confirmation dialog appears before clearing data. After confirming, you'll need to re-register the device.

Status Indicators
The Admin Panel uses visual indicators:
| Indicator | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Green checkmark | Healthy / connected / synced |
| Yellow warning | In progress or caution |
| Red warning | Error or unavailable |
