Admin Panel

The Admin Panel shows detailed information about your device for monitoring and troubleshooting. Access it from the Control Panel by selecting Admin Panel.

Opening the Admin Panel

  1. Press OK to open the Control Panel
  2. Select Admin Panel
  3. A full-screen overlay appears with device information

Use Up/Down on your remote to scroll through the sections. Press Back to close.

Information Sections

Device Info

Basic information about your device's configuration:

This information is fetched from the server. You'll see "Loading..." while it retrieves the data.

Support Reference

Identifiers for support and troubleshooting:

Device IDNumeric ID assigned during registration (also shown as QR code)

Provide these IDs when contacting support to help identify your device.

Sync Status

Current state of content synchronization:

Ready StateCurrent app state (AUTH, LOADING, or READY)
Media ItemsNumber of media files downloaded
StatusWhether a sync is in progress (Syncing... or Idle)
Last ErrorDetails if the last sync failed

A green checkmark indicates healthy status. A yellow warning indicates sync in progress or recent activity.

Network

Internet connection status:

ConnectionAvailable or Unavailable
Network TypeWi-Fi, Cellular, Ethernet, etc.

A green checkmark indicates the network is available. A red indicator means no connection.

Authentication

Device registration and authorization status:

Token Expires InTime until authentication needs renewal

The device handles authentication automatically. These fields help diagnose access issues.

Time Sync

System time accuracy (important for scheduled content):

Network TimeTime from the network time server
Time DriftDifference between device and network time

If Time Drift exceeds 1 second, a warning appears. Large time drift can cause scheduled content to display at incorrect times.

System Info

App and device details:

Danger Zone

At the bottom of the Admin Panel is a Clear All Data button. This removes all downloaded content and device registration.

Use this only when:

  • Moving the device to a different location/account
  • Troubleshooting persistent issues that require a fresh start
  • Decommissioning the device

A confirmation dialog appears before clearing data. After confirming, you'll need to re-register the device.

Status Indicators
