Web App Overview

The Publish Screens web app is where you manage everything — your media, templates, and screens. Access it at app.publishscreens.com.

Your Dashboard​

After signing in, your dashboard shows:

  • Templates you've created
  • Device Groups you have access to
  • Quick access to your media library

Main Sections​

Your library of images and videos. Here you can:

  • Upload new media
  • Search and filter by name or tags
  • See where media is being used
  • Replace media across multiple locations

Script Library​

Scripts are ordered sequences of media. Use them to:

  • Group related content together
  • Ensure media plays in a specific order
  • Reuse the same sequence across multiple templates

Template Editor​

Design what your screens display. The visual editor lets you:

  • Arrange media and scripts in your layout
  • Preview how content will appear
  • Save and reuse templates

Publishing​

Push your templates to device groups. When you publish:

  • All screens in that group receive the update
  • Changes appear on your devices automatically
  • You can track which groups are in sync
