Settings

The Settings area lets you manage your company configuration, team members, and personal preferences.

Navigate to: Click your avatar > Company Settings

Requires: Manager or Admin role to access Settings

Settings Hub

The main settings page shows navigation cards to different areas:

  • Team Members - View and manage team
  • Team Invitations - Invite new users
  • Notification Preferences - Configure your alerts
  • Stores - Manage locations (Admin only)
  • Device Groups - Manage device groups (Admin only)

Display Duration

Requires: Admin role

At the top of the Settings page, Admins can configure:

  • Seconds per image - How long each image displays on screens (1-300 seconds)

After saving changes:

  1. A "Sync Devices?" dialog appears
  2. Choose Sync Now to push the new duration to all devices immediately
  3. Or choose Later to skip (devices will get the new duration on their next sync)

Individual content items can override this default in the template editor.


Team Members

View and manage people in your company.

Navigate to: Settings > Team Members

Member List

Shows all team members with:

  • Name (or email if no name set)
  • Email address (if different from display name)
  • Role (dropdown if you can edit, badge otherwise)
  • Join date
  • "you" badge for your own entry

Changing Roles

Requires: Admin role (or Manager for non-Admin users)

If you can manage a team member, their role appears as a dropdown:

  1. Find the team member
  2. Select the new role from the dropdown
  3. Change saves automatically

Available roles:

  • Admin - Full company control
  • Manager - Content and team management
  • Member - View and edit content only

Note: You cannot change your own role.

Removing Members

Requires: Admin role (or Manager for non-Admin users)

  1. Find the team member
  2. Click Remove
  3. Confirm the removal in the browser dialog

Removed members immediately lose access to the company.

Note: You cannot remove yourself.

Team Invitations

Invite new people to your company.

Navigate to: Settings > Team Invitations

Requires: Manager or Admin role

Sending Invitations

The invitation form is at the top of the page:

  1. Enter the email address
  2. Select a role for the new member
  3. Click Send Invitation

The invitee receives an email with a link to join.

Pending Invitations

View all outstanding invitations:

  • Invitee email
  • Assigned role
  • Sent date
  • Status

Revoking Invitations

Cancel an invitation before it's accepted:

  1. Find the invitation
  2. Click Revoke
  3. Confirm

The invitation link becomes invalid.


Notification Preferences

Configure what notifications you receive.

Navigate to: Settings > Notification Preferences

Available to: All users

How It Works

Notifications are grouped by category (Team, Devices). For each notification type, you can independently toggle:

  • In-app - Show notifications in the app
  • Email - Receive email notifications

Device Status Reports

For device offline alerts, you can also configure email frequency:

  • Never - No emails for this notification
  • Daily digest - One summary email per day
  • Only when new devices go offline - Email immediately when status changes

Stores (Admin Only)

Manage your company's physical locations.

Navigate to: Settings > Stores

Device Groups (Admin Only)

View and manage all device groups across your company.

Navigate to: Settings > Device Groups

Features

  • List of all device groups organized by store
  • Filter by store using dropdown
  • Device count for each group
  • Quick links to edit content
  • Create new device groups
