Media Library
The Media Library stores all images used across your digital signage.
Accessing the Media Library
Click Media in the top navigation bar.
Tabs
Media is organized into three tabs based on status:

| All Media | Active media available for use |
| Archived | Hidden from main view but preserved |
| Trash | Pending deletion (auto-deleted after 30 days) |
Search and Filter
- Search - Find media by name or tags
- Tag Filter - Select one or more tags to narrow results
- Sort - Order by created date, updated date, or name (ascending/descending)
Uploading Media
- Click the Upload button (arrow icon) in the navigation bar
- Drag and drop files or click to browse
- Upload up to 20 files at once (max 5MB each)
- Edit file names before saving
- Click Save All to upload
- Supported formats: PNG, JPEG
Media Detail Page
Click any media item to view its details:
- Preview - Image preview
- Name - Editable name field
- Tags - Add or remove organizational tags
- File Info - Type, size, dimensions
- History - Creation date, last updated, and who made changes
- Usage - Where this media is used (device groups, templates, scripts)
Status Actions

Note: Trashed media is permanently deleted after 30 days. Restoring trashed media returns it to Normal status.
Media Swap
Replace a media item across all templates and device groups:
- Open the media detail page
- Click Swap... (appears in the "Where This Media Is Used" section when the media is in use)
- Click Browse to search and select replacement media
- Choose where to swap (device groups and templates, device groups only, templates only, or scripts only)
- Choose what to do with the original after swap:
- Keep original media - Leave it unchanged
- Archive original media - Hide from content lists but keep for later
- Move original to trash - Permanently deleted after 30 days
- Click Swap Media to confirm
For more control over which templates and device groups to update, click Advanced: Select specific device groups and templates to go to the full swap page.
Permissions
All authenticated users can view and upload media. Status changes (archive, trash, restore) are available to all users for their company's media.
