Using Stores

Filtering by Store

Several pages allow filtering by store:

  • Home page - Filter device groups by store
  • Settings > Device Groups - Filter the list by store
  • Template Publish - Filter target device groups by store

Organizing Content by Location

Common patterns:

  1. Regional content - Create templates for each region, publish to stores in that region
  2. Store-specific - Edit device group content directly for unique store needs
  3. Company-wide - Publish one template to all device groups across all stores

Best Practices

  • Name stores clearly - Use names that uniquely identify each location
  • Include addresses - Helps identify stores when you have many locations
  • Group logically - Device groups within a store should be related (same floor, same area)
  • Keep device groups focused - One group per distinct display setup
